Love the image! Especially the way you drew her feet. I know weird thing to comment on but when I looked the image I was like "Damn! Nicely drawn feet!" Haha
I've always been curious about your habit of laying a slightly darker flat tone over the figures in your sketches. Do you do this just to highlight the interesting shape that the figures make? Is this an animator's thing or just a Cheeks thing?
Wow, congrats! I just got married a week ago: the day goes by fast my friend. Try to find a couple moments when you and your bride can get away to soak it in. It can be a big blur if you don't!
